Overview of Warehouse Supervisor Role:
- Working with Other Teams: You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks across different work units.
- Documentation: Create and hand in required reports and documents.
- Maintenance of Machinery: Make sure all computers and machines run smoothly.
- Repair Management: Arrange maintenance and repair work when required.
- Finding Solutions: Handle work-related problems, offer helpful guidance, and recommend ways to improve performance and quality.
- Staff Learning: Guide staff on their job responsibilities and workplace policies.
- Work Planning: Distribute, coordinate, and oversee team members’ work.
- Stock Management: Purchase required supplies, tools, and materials.
- Planning: Create work timetables to keep things running smoothly.
- Team Supervision: Organize and oversee the team’s daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Language Abilities: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Education: Must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Ideally, one to two years of experience in a related position.
Pay & Perks:
- Most supervisors make around CAD 50,000 to CAD 70,000 each year.
- Entry-level salaries usually start at about CAD 45,000 annually.
- With experience, supervisors can earn up to CAD 80,000, depending on the employer and area.
