To be eligible, you need to have an admission offer from Dalarna University.
Requirements:
Country of Origin: You need to be from outside the EU or EEA countries.
Education Background: Completed a Bachelor’s-level education at an internationally respected university.
General Entry Process: Meets the usual requirements to start a Master’s degree.
English Ability: Shows English skills equal to Swedish high school English 6 or above. Some courses might ask for English 5 or English 7.
- TOEFL score must be at least 90 (IBT)
- IELTS overall score should be 6.5 or higher, with no section below 6.0
Scholarship Conditions: Has never been awarded a scholarship by Dalarna University before.

- Upload your CV or résumé to your University Admissions account in Sweden
- Record a short video explaining why you deserve the scholarship
Steps to Apply for a Dalarna University Scholarship:
- Go to https://www.universityadmissions.se/intl/startwww.universityadmissions.se.
- Select Spring 2026 and type the name of the university.
- Find and choose your Master’s Program.
- If you’re new, create an account.
- Applicants from outside the EU/EEA must pay an application fee of 900 SEK.
- Once your application is complete, apply separately to Dalarna University.
