- You’re eligible to apply for the RTP Scholarship only after receiving an offer for a research-based higher degree program.

- You need a bachelor’s degree to qualify for a research-based master’s program.
- To apply for a research PhD, you must first have a master’s degree.
- You must also show that you meet the English language skills needed.
