The University of Birmingham is giving future master’s students a great opportunity. In the 2025-2026 academic year, 50 students will receive Postgraduate Access Scholarships, each worth £4,000. These scholarships are created to help students from less-represented backgrounds pay for their studies and achieve their academic goals.

Requirements:
- For students living in the UK with Home fee status only
- You need to join a full-time or part-time postgraduate course with 180 credits in the 2025/26 academic year.
- Belong to at least one underrepresented group, such as:
- Have taken part before in a Widening Participation program at the University of Birmingham
- Someone who spent over 3 months in local authority care and has now left the system.
- Students with health challenges who get help from DSA, DLA, or PIP programs.
- Students from Black, Asian, and other ethnic communities
- Under 25 years old and separated from both parents or without parents.
- People who take care of others
- Students from families with low income (under £42,875)
