About the Job:

  • Checking repaired cars to make sure everything is fixed properly.
  • Always being polite and professional when talking to customers.
  • Driving cars after repairs to see if they work correctly.
  • Making sure the workspace stays neat and tidy.
  • Swapping out or fixing parts like doors, bumpers, frames, and panels.
  • Smoothing out rough spots by filing, polishing, or sanding.
  • Covering parts of the car before painting to protect them.
  • Using tools to fix dents and cracks in the car’s body.
  • Taking off broken parts and putting on new ones using bolts or welding.
  • Spraying primer and paint to make the car look new again.
  • Fixing or changing damaged parts inside the car.
  • Repairing or replacing broken windows, windshields, or sunroofs.
  • Mixing paint shades so they match the car’s original color.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You need to be comfortable speaking and understanding English.
  • A high school diploma or similar work experience is needed.
  • It’s best if you have 1–2 years of experience doing similar work.
  • Being careful and paying close attention to details is very important.
  • We’re looking for someone reliable and able to adapt to changes.
  • You should be able to take action and make decisions without being told.
  • Good judgment and the ability to work well with others are key to doing well.
