Students who want to study at Memorial University’s Harlow Campus or take part in exchange programs overseas can now apply for scholarships, bursaries, and travel funding for the 2025–2026 school year.
These financial supports are meant to help students with money while they study in the UK or at approved schools outside Canada. They can make studying abroad more affordable and give students the chance to experience new cultures and ideas.

Money Support:
Full-time students in Memorial University programs at the Harlow Campus can apply for valuable awards. These are especially helpful for those who have lived on campus for at least six weeks in a row. Students from Newfoundland and Labrador are given first priority, encouraging local learners to take part. To qualify, students need to show good grades from the last scholarship year. They can also look into student loans for extra financial support.

- Autumn 2025 (September-December): June 20, 2025

Faculty-Focused Grants:
Students studying in the Business, Education, or Humanities and Social Sciences faculties may be eligible for special scholarships for studying abroad. It’s a good idea to check with your teachers to learn more about these opportunities.
Scholarship Choices:
1. Coca-Cola Global Learning Grant:
For learners who:
- Have completed at least two years of study at Memorial University.
- Have been accepted to a well-known university abroad for one or two semesters.
- Have earned a scholarship
Application Due Date: July 30, 2025.
2. Scotiabank Scholarships for Global Education:
Full-time students in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences who take part in overseas field schools or study abroad programs led by the faculty can apply, but they need to have a scholarship.

- Autumn 2025: July 30, 2025
- Winter 2026: 20th of November, 2025
- Spring 2026: April 30th, 2026.
