This opportunity is for mid-career professionals from low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries to spend time working with a UK-based organization in their field. The goal is to help fellows build new skills and gain knowledge that they can use to support progress in their home countries when they return.
Fellows will be matched with organizations in the UK that fit their area of expertise. The program lasts between six weeks and three months and will begin in February 2026. Support includes round-trip airfare, visa fee reimbursement, a monthly living allowance, and a one-time arrival grant.

Requirements:
- Be a citizen of one of the eligible Commonwealth countries listed below, have refugee status in one of them, or be a British Protected Person.
- Have at least five years of relevant full-time work experience, or the part-time equivalent.
- Be currently employed at the time you apply.
- Submit at least two references with your application.
