UNDP is looking for students and recent graduates from any country to join its 2025 Digital Transformation Internship. This is a fully remote program that runs for 3 months. Interns will receive a monthly stipend between $200 and $500, depending on where they live. Since it’s online, you won’t need to travel or relocate.
If you’re currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or you’ve recently graduated, you can apply. During the internship, you’ll gain practical experience using digital tools to support UNDP’s global projects. You’ll help develop digital systems, share new ideas, and contribute to real solutions that make a difference.

- Inclusive Online Platforms: Helping build digital systems that promote rights and inclusion, supporting digital public services, and assisting with research on digital equality.
- Country Office Assistance & Development: Helping with digital and AI readiness checks, national strategies, and making resources for digital skill-building easier to access.
- UNDP Tech Strategy: Helping UNDP strengthen its digital leadership worldwide by researching, managing digital guides, and reviewing strategy progress.
- Business Activities: Helping with tasks like managing people, procurement, finance, and internal processes to boost efficiency.
- Ideas & Collaborations: Finding potential partners, helping with communications and outreach, and supporting involvement in global initiatives.
- Product Planning & Supervision: Helping design, create, test, and launch digital products and AI tools.
- UNDP Change & Growth Strategy: Helping with sharing knowledge, monitoring digital progress, and supporting internal communication.

- You need to be studying in a graduate program.
