  • Accounts Coordination: Manage monthly accounts receivable and payable to maintain up-to-date financial reports.
  • Payroll Management: Process fortnightly payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Match bank and credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Superannuation Payments: Complete quarterly super contributions based on staff details.
  • Email Management: Track incoming emails and respond promptly to maintain smooth communication.
  • Document Organization: Maintain both paper and digital files for easy access.
  • Client Payment Follow-Up: Contact clients regarding overdue payments to manage cash flow.
  • Office Support: Assist the team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
