Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Enter and verify supplier invoices in MYOB to keep records accurate.
- Accounts Coordination: Manage monthly accounts receivable and payable to maintain up-to-date financial reports.
- Payroll Management: Process fortnightly payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match bank and credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Superannuation Payments: Complete quarterly super contributions based on staff details.
- Email Management: Track incoming emails and respond promptly to maintain smooth communication.
- Document Organization: Maintain both paper and digital files for easy access.
- Client Payment Follow-Up: Contact clients regarding overdue payments to manage cash flow.
- Office Support: Assist the team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
